  • Simply email or hand deliver the full contract to Judy. She will let you know if you are missing anything to complete the contract.
  • Judy will email the contract to the selected closing attorney; she will even track receipt of the earnest money deposit and drop it off with the attorney and collect the receipt.
  • Judy will also update the listing as pending in the MLS so you can avoid those pesky fines.
You've made it to closing! Yay! The attorney emails you with the best sentence ever typed "We are recorded!". Not available to pick up your commission check? No worries Judy or an office member will go grab it from the attorney for you!
